Please read this document carefully before using the 8teen platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth below.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the 8teen platform at 8teen.app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to fully comply with these Terms & Conditions. This agreement is legally binding between you (the “User”) and the 8teen platform (the “Platform”). If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
Use of this platform is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years old. 8teen does not allow registration or use by anyone below the legal age limit in Malaysia. By continuing, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that you are a resident or citizen eligible to access online entertainment services under applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
The platform reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any parts of these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the terms regularly. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation & Security
To access the full services of the 8teen platform, you are required to register and create a personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, valid email address, and other requested details. Providing false or misleading information violates these terms and may result in account closure without warning.
Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Multiple account ownership is strictly prohibited and the platform reserves the right to close all accounts linked to the same user if this violation is detected. You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential and all activities performed under your account.
If you suspect your account has been compromised or that someone else has your password, you must immediately notify 8teen via email at [email protected]. The platform is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access that occurs before notification is received. You are also advised not to share your login credentials with any third party.
User Responsibility & Usage Rules
As a user of the 8teen platform, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. You agree not to use the platform for any illegal, misleading, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8teen platform and may result in immediate account suspension or closure:
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or other methods to manipulate games or platform systems.
- Collaborating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the platform’s technical infrastructure.
- Using another person’s account or sharing account access.
- Distributing illegal, obscene, threatening, or harassing content to other users.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering through the platform.
The platform reserves the right to investigate any activities suspected of violating these terms and take appropriate actions, including suspending access, blocking transactions, or reporting to relevant authorities.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 8teen platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not support foreign currencies and does not apply currency conversion on deposits or withdrawals. Accepted payment methods include domestic bank transfers through major Malaysian banks as well as digital wallets approved by the platform.
Users are responsible for ensuring all payment information entered is accurate and belongs to them. 8teen is not liable for any losses arising from errors in information provided during deposit or withdrawal processes. Minimum and maximum limits per transaction are stated in the account’s financial section and may change as needed operationally.
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification procedures as defined by the platform. The platform may delay or withhold withdrawals if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or terms violation. If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the circumstances and internal investigation outcomes.
All game results and transactions recorded by the platform system are final unless there is clear evidence of a verifiable technical error. Any transaction disputes must be submitted to the platform within 30 days of the transaction date.

The 8teen platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the platform is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions, technical failures, or game outcomes. Users assume all risks in using the platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 8teen platform including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software are the exclusive property of the platform or its licensors and protected under Malaysian copyright law. You may not copy, redistribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works, or sell any information obtained from the platform without prior written permission.

The 8teen platform may contain references or links to third-party websites. Such links are provided for informational convenience only. The platform does not control or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Use of third-party sites is entirely at the user’s own risk and subject to those sites’ terms and conditions.
Account Policy, Terms Changes & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure
8teen reserves the right to suspend, block, or close user accounts at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable evidence or suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraud, illegal activity, or behavior detrimental to the platform or other users. Users may also request account closure by contacting support at [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to settlement of any pending transactions.
Changes to Terms
8teen reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via registered email or notices displayed on the platform. Updated terms take effect immediately upon posting. It is the user’s responsibility to review the terms regularly to ensure compliance with the latest version.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms, including questions about their existence, validity, or termination, shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be reinterpreted as necessary to be enforceable, while the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
